By accessing and using Roomify ("the App"), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the entire application, website, and any communication between you and Roomify.
Under no circumstances shall Kodus Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the App. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any time.
Kodus Technologies grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App strictly in accordance with these terms. If you violate any of these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access without notice.

To use the App, you must create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
The App operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation, edit, night view, or product search consumes one credit. Credits are purchased through one-time, non-renewing in-app purchases called "credit packs".
We no longer offer new auto-renewing subscriptions. Users who subscribed prior to the transition to credit packs continue to be governed by the subscription terms they accepted at the time of their original purchase:
By purchasing a credit pack, a subscription, or any other paid service offered through the App, you acknowledge that the purchase is final and that you are accessing a digital service with immediate availability. Due to the nature of DIGITAL CONTENT, refunds are not available once access has begun, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms.
From time to time, the App may offer free trial periods as indicated within the Services. Free trials are available for a limited time and may only be used once per user. Unless cancelled before the end of the applicable trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the applicable fee will be charged in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase.
For purchases made through digital distribution platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policies of the respective platforms apply. You are encouraged to contact the relevant store directly for any refund requests related to those purchases.
If you experience recurring technical difficulties that are solely attributable to our platform and not to user-side factors (such as device compatibility, connectivity, or outdated software), and where required by consumer protection laws, you may be eligible for a discretionary refund. In such cases, you must provide appropriate documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs) evidencing the issue by contacting hiraj@kodus.in.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the relevant app store account settings (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed before the end of the current subscription period. If the subscription is not cancelled in time, it will automatically renew and the applicable fee will be charged for the subsequent period in accordance with the app store's billing terms. Following cancellation, access to the app's paid features will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your photos solely for providing the design service. We will not use your photos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Designs generated by the App are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. We do not guarantee architectural feasibility, exact product matches, pricing accuracy, or real-world replicability. AI-generated designs may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written permission from Kodus Technologies.
The App displays product links to third-party retailers (such as Amazon, IKEA, Wayfair, West Elm, Etsy, Houzz, and others). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality of any third-party products or services. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their own terms.
The App, its contents, features, functionality, design, code, and branding are owned by Kodus Technologies and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed without prior written permission.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions provided by you shall remain the sole property of Kodus Technologies. We may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute suggestions for any purpose without credit or compensation.
Kodus Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
We may from time to time provide updates, patches, bug fixes, and other modifications. You agree that all updates will be deemed to constitute an integral part of the App and subject to these terms.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Kodus Technologies expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The entire liability of Kodus Technologies shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kodus Technologies harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any third party's rights.
You have the right to request deletion of your account from within the App or by contacting us at hiraj@kodus.in. Upon deletion, all associated data including photos, designs, and personal information will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Any active subscription must be cancelled separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription, and any purchases made within the App are non-refundable.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or Kodus Technologies. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App.
If you are a copyright owner and believe any material on our App constitutes infringement on your copyright, please contact us with: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing; (c) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; and (d) a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, it will be interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Any cause of action must commence within one (1) year after it accrues.
In the event of a dispute, parties must give written notice to the other at hiraj@kodus.in and attempt informal resolution within thirty (30) days.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of India, and both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and other legal notices published within the App, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kodus Technologies.
Roomify is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representations. Kodus Technologies specifically disclaims all warranties in any content transmitted through the App, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights.
