Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Roomify ("the App"), operated by Kodus Technologies ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Roomify is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to:

• Upload room photos and receive AI-generated redesign visualizations.
• Change flooring, wall colors, ceiling designs, and furniture.
• Identify products and furniture with shopping links.
• Apply reference design styles to their spaces.
• Make custom edits via text instructions.

User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Credits & Subscriptions

The App operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation, edit, night view, or product search consumes credits.

• Free users receive a limited number of credits.
• Subscription plans (Basic, Plus, Premium) provide monthly credit allocations.
• Credits reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time.
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

User Content

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your photos solely for providing the design service.

AI-Generated Content

Designs generated by the App are for visualization and inspiration purposes. We do not guarantee:

• Architectural or structural feasibility of designs.
• Exact product matches or availability.
• That designs can be replicated exactly in real life.

AI-generated designs may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App.
• Use automated tools to access the service.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated designs commercially without permission.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, code, and branding are owned by Kodus Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Kodus Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
