By accessing and using Roomify ("the App"), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the entire application, website, and any communication between you and Roomify.
Under no circumstances shall Kodus Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the App. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any time.
Kodus Technologies grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App strictly in accordance with these terms. If you violate any of these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access without notice.

The App operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation, edit, night view, or product search consumes one credit.
By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you acknowledge that the purchase is final and that you are accessing a digital service with immediate availability. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access has begun, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policies of the respective platforms apply. If you experience persistent technical issues solely attributable to our platform, you may be eligible for a discretionary refund by contacting hiraj@kodus.in with documentation of the issue.

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your photos solely for providing the design service. We will not use your photos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Designs generated by the App are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. We do not guarantee architectural feasibility, exact product matches, pricing accuracy, or real-world replicability. AI-generated designs may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written permission from Kodus Technologies.
The App displays product links to third-party retailers (Amazon, Flipkart, IKEA, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality of any third-party products or services. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their own terms.
The App, its contents, features, functionality, design, code, and branding are owned by Kodus Technologies and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed without prior written permission.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions provided by you shall remain the sole property of Kodus Technologies. We may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute suggestions for any purpose without credit or compensation.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Kodus Technologies expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The entire liability of Kodus Technologies shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kodus Technologies harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any third party's rights.
You may request deletion of your account from within the App or by contacting hiraj@kodus.in. All associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Play Store. Purchases are non-refundable.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or Kodus Technologies. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App.
If you believe any material on our App constitutes copyright infringement, contact us at hiraj@kodus.in with: (a) identification of the infringing material; (b) your contact information; (c) a good faith statement; and (d) a statement that the information is accurate.
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, it will be interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Any cause of action must commence within one (1) year after it accrues.
In the event of a dispute, parties must give written notice to the other at hiraj@kodus.in and attempt informal resolution within thirty (30) days.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and other legal notices published within the App, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kodus Technologies.
Roomify is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representations. Kodus Technologies specifically disclaims all warranties in any content transmitted through the App, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights.
