App Content

All content within the Roomify application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, UI design, and software code, is the property of Kodus Technologies and is protected by international copyright laws.

AI-Generated Content

Room designs and visualizations generated by Roomify's AI are created for the personal use of the user who generated them. Users retain the right to use, download, and share their AI-generated designs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use of AI-generated designs, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or use in commercial projects, requires prior written permission from Kodus Technologies.

User-Uploaded Content

Users retain full ownership and copyright of any photos they upload to Roomify. By uploading photos, users grant Kodus Technologies a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store the images solely for the purpose of providing the design service.

Third-Party Content

Product images, names, and links displayed in the product catalog are sourced from third-party retailers and are the property of their respective owners. Roomify does not claim ownership of any third-party product content.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Roomify application or its content without prior written consent.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application software.
Use Roomify's branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the application.

DMCA / Takedown Requests

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The location within the app or service where the alleged infringement occurs.
